Jon and I looked at 4 acres today. It’s perfect. Mountainside, have to cross a little stream to get to it, moss, ferns, completely wooded and there is already a clearing we could build on - or somewhere else even with excavation. We both really like it, but Jon isn’t nearly as enthusiastic about building as I am. I have wanted to build ever since I could comprehend architecture - I have mentioned this before.  It’s a lot of money, time, stress, patience, and pain, but we know it would be worth it in the end. 
I would really love to buy that land, it’s so cheap for 4 acres and it’s only 30 minutes from town!
